The hotel is a fairly clean and modern place. the staff are kind. the double room comes with a balcony and a nice mountain view, plus a bathroom. the location is incredible and marvelous, just a few steps away from everything. It is situated just off the train station and the modern bar/restaurant. It was a really great stay, as always.

Exceptionally nice position in the nice enough area, close enough to the modern bar / restaurant, the railway station and both Brig and Naters old towns which are great to visit and town centre. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Hounslow Urban Farm.

Excellent small Swiss hotel, extremely good and helpful staff (even drove me to station when no taxi available in rain!) Good bar/bistro restaurant in hotel.
In Naters rather than Brig (about ten minute walk) - ok for me but perhaps not for those with walking difficulties or heavy luggage? Only fair value but this is true for all swiss hotels.

The hotel's proximity to the train station, the restaurant, and Zermatt was convenient. SBB StadtBistro, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, served outstanding food.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself and the room very dated and there was noise of dripping water in the heating pipes.
